A seasoned and strong management team leads RAC, representing many years of experience in DMSMS, engineering, logistics, obsolescence management, reliability, computer science and program management. RAC principals and team members bring a powerful combination of specialized talent, core competencies and domain expertise to the forefront of the industry.

Jeff Hanser

President, CEO

Jeff Hanser is the architect and visionary behind the design and software development of the Supportability Management Assessment Report Tool (SMART) and previously the TACTRAC Health Model. His unique abilities to take the real world requirements of DMSMS and to aggregate and assimilate into software use models that provide an easy to use yet sophisticated application solution set him apart in his field. He is considered one of the leading experts in DMSMS software tooling and solutions with over 15 years direct experience. He is an innovator to many of the software techniques and methodologies utilized today in the marketplace. He continues to be on the leading edge of software development as the SMART product is at the forefront of the market as a high value software solution.

Additionally he has a wide range of skills with 20+ years experience in program management, software design and development, logistics, product marketing, engineering, sales and overall business management. He has a BS in Business Management and Economics from the University of Maryland with an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Bruce Blackford

Executive VP, CFO

In his 30 year career, Bruce Blackford has been instrumental in the founding of two engineering companies, the development of some of the latest state-of-art electronic technology hardware and software applications for some of the most sophisticated US aerospace and military programs including AEGIS, F-22, B-2, F-117A, F-16, and the Eurofighter 2000 Typhoon. Mr. Blackford is recognized within many of the programs in the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy as a technology leader in electronic design analysis and information systems. Mr. Blackford has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from Arizona State University.
